Coronavirus COVID-19 Valet Parking Precautions

Coronavirus COVID-19 Valet Parking Precautions

With the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), HealthPark has been taking proactive steps to help keep your patients and guests, administrative and clinical staff, as well as all of our employees as safe as possible. We are also here to assist you as needed.

Summary of Our Precautionary Measures

Our site managers, valet attendants, and shuttle drivers are adhering to these recommended CDC protocols:
· Washing our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
· If soap and water are not readily available, we use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
· We avoid touching our eyes, noses, and mouths with unwashed hands
· We asked that all of our employees visit the CDC website to learn more about COVID-19

In addition, we are:
· Putting distance between ourselves and others as best as we can when interacting with your patients and guests
· Covering our mouths and noses with a tissue when we cough or sneeze or are using the inside of our elbows
· Disinfecting our frequently touched surfaces
· Requiring our employees to stay home and not report to work if they are sick

We Can Also Help

Some hospitals have closed down certain entrances, restricted access to a limited type of patient or visitor, and are setting up drive-through testing units. We are helping however we can with these changes. We are providing additional attendants, or in some cases, we are repurposing your current valet attendants to provide additional services to assist with these changes. Our attendants are easily prepared and equipped to direct traffic, provide scripted greetings, screen for authorized access, and provide information and way-finding. As your hospital battles against COVID-19, we are prepared to be part of the solution.

On behalf of our entire team, thank you for the opportunity to serve you and your patients.
